playful p2p(-ish) file toss
based on (and in some ways extending) the experimental "loadup" lazy file transmission developed for the latest interlace iteration. requires that this module's "ingest" package be installed to the python path
:~/src/interlace3/$ sudo python setup.py install
then, the monkey-in-the-middle/mim.tac script should "sort of work," maybe like
:~/src/catch/monkey-in-the-middle$ mkdir mnt :~/src/catch/monkey-in-the-middle$ twistd -ny mim.tac
very similar to setting up typo/exposure
if you want a subdomain/pirate-pad-like set-up, modify and install the nginx.conf in typo/etc/
in catch/www, copy or symlink in the deps: jquery.js, i3.js, uploadClient.js (in interlace3/backoffice)
then in /var/www, copy or symlink the whole catch directory
the main difference is that FUSE requires the mim script (above), and we need to proxy the "mnt" directory to /p2p/, and we also need to run the ball_collector (which in piratepad-mode will need somehow to watch all the databases?!) and proxy it to "/dl/"
hmmm... good luck!
